Seymour, CT, Dec. 9th 2003, Microsol, Inc. is busy finalizing its plans for the upcoming DistribuTECH tradeshow in Orlando which takes place from Jan. 20th-24th, 2004.
Microsol, inc. is exhibiting at booth #433 and will be showcasing live demos on their Distribution Automation and Substation Automation Solutions. Under Distribution Automation visitors can expect to see:
- The Reclosing Sectionalizer with its fault closing and fault clearing capabilities
- The Linear/ Rotary Pole-top actuator, an automated actuator capable of being retrofitted to a wide range of existing linear/rotary operation pole-top air break switches.
- The Automated Pad Mounted actuator which enables cost effective automation of non- automated Pad mount switches
Microsol, Inc. will be also demonstrating its ability to provide RTU retrofit solutions in less than four hours. The Microsol, Inc. team will be pleased to discuss specific requirements and to show visitors the high level of service, support and customization which the company offers all its customers through its advanced Xcell suite of products. Microsol, Inc’s Xcell technology is a family of distributed/centralized RTU’s made up of a range of powerful processing units and I/O modules. It facilitates extensive communication and automation functions. The Xcell RTU platform will demonstrate IED integration, protocol conversion and Distribution Automation.
Also demonstrated on the stand will be the operators interface showing Microsol, Inc’s Workbench configuration tool, software solutions and SUBNET Solutions Inc.’s Substation Explorer HMI
Microsol, Inc’s team of technical and sales experts including CEO, Sam Sciacca, Vice President of Engineering, Rick Liposchak, National Sales Manager, Jim Brooks and Senior Applications Engineer Liam Hurley will be on hand to answer any questions.
