Maintainance Services Because effective, reliable maintenance is crucial to the performance of your substation, ATS offers a variety of maintenance options to ensure the optimum performance of your substation systems. Our maintenance options are designed to meet your specific needs and provide the support you require with the least inconvenience and cost possible. All levels of the ATS Maintenance Service include 24-hour emergency replacements for products under warranty.
ATS offers three levels of service contracts:ATS Phone Support Contract guarantees the Customer a phone response for trouble resolution within two hours of a problem report. Offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, this service is available nationwide. ATS Basic Contract offers East Coast, on-site maintenance within eight business hours of a trouble report on weekdays, not including holidays. The Basic Contract requires site pre-qualification. ATS Prime Contract offers East Coast, on-site maintenance within eight hours of a call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. The Basic Contract requires site pre-qualification. |
