Rick Liposchak
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Liposchak has over 13 years solid experience in the field of utility
automation and has worked in all aspects of engineering design, project
management and execution for protection, control and automation projects
throughout the Americas. He has a long and distinguished career in
communications and SCADA and has been involved in the development of new and
sustaining utility automation product programs as well as automation and
equipment monitoring services. As V.P of engineering, Rick is responsible for
the research and development of system integration solutions, project execution
and the development of long term product programs. He also heads up the Boise,
Id. regional office which offers strong technical support in automation project
execution as well as providing a sales base for Western customers.

James P. Link
Production Manager
Mr. James Link has over 25 years of quality assurance and quality control
in a variety of industrial environments. As Production Manager, he is
responsible for all factory fabrication, material procurement, and testing
of the products supplied by the company. He has initiated and maintained
Quality Assurance procedures and provides technical support to engineering
and construction. Mr. Link is assigned as the Safety Director and provides
liaison with OSHA and EPA agencies and ensures compliance with all OSHA
standards and environmental issues.

Harsh D. Thakker, P.E.
Senior Consulting Engineer
Mr. Thakker has over 25 years of experience in utility transmission and
distribution engineering activities, with particular emphasis on the
relaying and control aspects. He is a registered Professional Engineer,
and is currently responsible for the project engineering of transmission
and distribution projects for various clients.

James W. Evans
Senior Consulting Engineer
James W. Evans is a retired principal engineer for Detroit Edison where
he worked as the group leader of the Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition / Distribution Automation (SCADA/DAS) section of Relay
Engineering. During his career of nearly 35 years, he has been involved
in the monitoring and control of power equipment and power systems as well
as testing of monitoring , control and protection both inside and outside
of the substation.

Ralph E. Bugg
Senior Field Engineer
Mr. Ralph Bugg has over 35 years of experience in utility transmission and
distribution communications and computer systems, with particular emphasis
on the EMS/SCADA systems and RTUs. His career has required detailed
knowledge of communication test equipment, logic analyzers, protocol
analyzers, and many communication protocols.
