Automation Technologies & Services, LLC (Oxford, CT) announces that Samuel C. Sciacca, President has acquired 100% of the company interests. The acquisition was completed to enable the company to expand further into automation, protection, control, SCADA, and communications.
Mr. Sciacca notes: "This consolidation will allow us to focus all of our resources on the needs of our customers in these areas, including new product and service offerings. That focus will translate into an unprecedented ability to develop, execute and maintain those automation strategies our customers require to excel in their competitive markets."
David S. Lehman, formerly Vice President of the company, now moves on to pursue other opportunities. Our wishes for success go out to Mr. Lehman who was a founding member of ATS.
